In the Studio for Colours, solid technical and theoretical insights into the mysteries of pigments, binding agents and supports are brought to life – and leave lasting impressions. Not only classical painting methods but also experimental forays into new materials and a broad range of painting utensils are explored here in depth. Modules and programmes in the Studio for Colours are open to all students at the Lucerne School of Design, Film and Art, whatever their specialisation. After attending an induction the facility can be used independently, by prior arrangement.
