The Formwork and Synthetics programme covers the manufacture of sculptures, figures, models and other artefacts from various types of (possibly reinforced) fibre composites based on epoxy resin, glass, aramid, carbon or basalt; the construction of silicon rubber formwork composed of single or multiple solid or gel elements; and the processing of thermoplastic synthetics. Inductions take place at the start of each academic year as well as on selected dates. The workshop can be accessed anytime by prior arrangement with the workshop director.
