The internationally recognized study program Master of Science Real Estate trains all participants to become competent generalists and managers and provides within 4 semesters a well-founded specialist knowledge in the following fields:
- Real Estate Asset Management
- International Real Estate Investments and Finance
- Real Estate Development
- International Real Estate Markets
The MScRE is the highest degree in the real estate industry and is offered in Switzerland only at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
Several international study visits complete the two-year study program: Every semester, an "International Week" takes place for all students in a new, internationally interesting real estate market. This ensures a high-quality study program, which is supervised locally by a renowned university.
For this purpose, a cooperation with the Politecnico di Milano, one of the leading universities in Europe, was launched. The Politecnico di Milano and the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts complement each other perfectly in the main areas of education and will in future conduct the intensive week, which will take place annually in autumn. The "International Week" includes real estate management lectures, interdisciplinary workshops and visits to selected neighborhood and project developments.
