Major Communication Management
Digitalization is shaping our communication and information behaviour. More and more content and messages are competing for the attention of recipients via a multitude of channels. Companies and institutions can only attract the attention of their target groups if they address them at suitable touchpoints and establish and maintain a well thought-out dialog with them. To do this, they need specialists who can skillfully navigate the diverse world of communication, produce multimedia content and measure its success.
The major in Communication Management combines methodological principles, conceptual know-how and technical skills. It promotes the ability to think creatively, analyze data and find and implement unconventional solutions. Always with the aim of maximizing communication success.
Through practice-oriented training and the realization of concrete projects during the course of study, the major creates the basis for taking on tasks in strategic and operational communication in companies, institutions and agencies.
