Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communication with Specialisation in Data Design + Art
Design is one of the main markets within the Swiss creative economy. There is also an increasing demand for experts in the field of data communication, that is, specialists who are active at the intersection of visual communication, animation and information technology. A degree in Data Design + Art is a launch pad for a career in various fields of activity. Depending on the specialisation, they get to work in varied areas within the creative economy, in science communication of research and cultural institutions, in the health sector, in development divisions and future labs, in NGOs as well as in the media and information industries.
By signing up for a Master’s degree in Design, graduates of the Lucerne School of Design, Film and Art also have the opportunity to explore additional areas of competence such as design leadership, design methods, digital ideation, design research and value creation through design.
