Innovation Leadership Leadership by giving space - developing a culture of innovation

How to create a climate that is conducive to creativity and innovation in a company? Research and practice unanimously say that it takes free space.

However, little is known to date about how to best create these spaces. It is one thing to declare their existence but integrating them with personnel and organisational development requires skill and knowledge. We investigate how senior and HR managers in corporations can create and design organisational free spaces that foster a culture of creativity and innovation.
