Across the HSLU’s four areas of mandated activity—education, continuing and executive education, research and development, and services—the CC Business Development, Leadership and HR (UFP) is committed to the development of organisations, effective collaboration and management.  The Centre’s primary focus is on three key thematic areas.

Connected, interdisciplinary, forward-looking

In our research efforts, we investigate real-life problems, using our deep expertise and bespoke methods to answer your questions. We approach companies with forward-looking research questions and our research efforts are a collaborative endeavour between university and practice. Research-friendly, competent, reliable

We can help you to navigate strategic, innovation and change processes, and assess the feasibility of your plans and the quality of previous measures, projects and consulting processes. We also offer consultancy services for senior managers and other staff at your company and provide support in your decision-making. Engaged, practical, sound

In the framework of the BSc in Business Administration programme, the CC UFP is responsible for the two Majors in Value Network Management and in Human Resource Management. In the BSc in Business Psychology programme, the CC UFP is in charge of the Major in Work and Organisational Psychology.  In the consecutive Master of Science in Business Administration programme, the Centre jointly delivers the Major in Business Development and Promotion with the CC Service and Operations Management and the Institute of Communication and Marketing.  Moreover, the CC UFP team is involved in various foundation modules in both the BSc and Msc programmes.

Study Corporate Development, Network Management and People Management in our sustainable and forward-looking programmes.

Our innovative work-study continuing and education programmes have been promoting life-long learning and advancing leadership and management careers for forty years. We also offer support and advice in the development and delivery of corporate training schemes.
