Biografie
Jekaterina ‘Katja’ Dmitrijeva is an industrial product-service innovation expert with a background in environmental and management consulting. With over seven years of experience working with capital goods, professional services, energy, agriculture, chemical, transportation, utilities, automobiles and electronics industries, and a PhD in Management, she works with MNEs, SMEs and HEIs to enable sustainable industrial transitions through outcome-based services. Katja’s research focuses on servitization, development and deployment of outcome-based business models, alignment of service-led and sustainability-led strategies in manufacturing.
