International Connected around the world: music brings people together 

International cooperation with numerous institutions in Europe and beyond makes the Lucerne School of Music a fertile, vibrant, and multifaceted place for work, study and research. Through our collaboration with our partner universities, students and employees alike gain insight into a wide range of international music education programmes and musical practice.

In this framework, exchange programmes such as the Swiss-European Mobility Programme (formerly ERASMUS) offer students and employees varied opportunities to study abroad or to work in an international setting. 
The International Office offers advice and support to students planning an exchange semester at a foreign music college or university and to employees wishing to teach or attend a continuing education programme abroad.

Incoming Exchange

Incoming exchange students may attend one or two semesters in Lucerne.
