Innovative education and cooperation projects
In order to create more flexible and sustainable educational opportunities, the focus is on developing the following formats:
- Living Labs bring together stakeholders from research and practice to develop innovations for social challenges through experimental and user-centered approaches.
- Microcredentials and Blended Intensive Programs (BIP) open up compact, flexible learning formats with international and virtual elements - ideal for lifelong learning.
- Agile forms of organization make it possible to integrate new methods and formats more efficiently into existing structures.
Thematic focus
This workshop focuses on the area of “health and well-being”. Participants should have experience in research, training or further education in this field and be actively interested in developing innovative education and cooperation projects. The workshop is an exclusive network meeting and is aimed exclusively at members of the EU.ACE network.

17.3.2025 Insights & networking
The kick-off on Monday afternoon will feature professionals from practice, funding institutions, as well as researchers, lecturers, and students from the EU.ACE network. Their contributions will provide valuable insights into current challenges, developments, innovative perspectives and funding opportunities (Horizon, EIT, and Erasmus+).
A city walk and a joint dinner will round off the afternoon, providing space for informal exchange and initial networking.

18.3.2025 Identifying topics & building networks
The second day is dedicated to identifying common topics and fostering collaboration. In thematic workshops, key questions in the field of "Health and Well-being" will be explored, and initial ideas for potential joint projects in research, teaching, and innovation will be developed.
Over the following six months, these ideas are expected to be further developed in smaller working groups and translated into potential funding proposals to relevant Horizon, EIT, and Erasmus+ calls . The process will be supported through targeted networking and information on relevant funding programs.
