The Bachelor of Arts with specialization in Architecture revolves around the creative, spatial, visual and technical aspects of the disciplines that are Architecture and Interior Architecture. It therefore strongly focuses on the design aspects of digitalization.
The Bachelor of Science with specializations in Building Technology and Structural Engineering predominantly cover the analytical, scientific and industrial aspects of the disciplines of Building Technology and Structural Engineering.
The core modules convey foundational skills and knowledge that will be applied, reflected and consolidated in practical settings. The project modules center around the digital twin—that is, the digital version of a building with all its features and interfaces—that students learn to create and use. The objective of the project modules is to define best practices, both for digital twins and the processes of collaboration and data exchange. To address the related interfaces, students also acquire the necessary programming skills.
The degree program concludes with a bachelor’s thesis, which is a consolidating individual project on a selected topic.
