FTIR Spectrometer Agilent Cary 630 FTIR

Infrared spectroscopy is an analytic method for investigating solid, liquid and gaseous molecular materials through infrared stimulation. The compact device is mobile and includes several measuring methods.

The compact device works in the wave number range between 600 and 4000 cm^-1 The following modules are available for the device:

Probe module for ATR application with a diamond crystal
Probe module for standard transmission application
Probe module for “Thumbl IR” for 100 μm transmission measuring

Used Software: Microlab PC (easy to use software) and Agilent ResolutionsPro (Evaluation Software)
