How we see ourselves
We recognise every participant’s personal situation and, with it, their personal needs. Teaching and learning remain highly personal processes. We are committed to keeping things personal, despite our varied range of continuing and executive education programmes.
Being close to people also means proximity to their everyday working lives and practical tasks. We greatly value the transfer of current theoretical knowledge into practice and vice versa. Being able to apply the skills and knowledge acquired is satisfying and increases one’s enthusiasm for learning.
Ours and your promise
Our lecturers are passionate teachers. Their enthusiasm for the subject matter and their enjoyment of teaching inspires the participants in the IBR’s continuing education programmes to develop a passion for learning and personal development.
After all, they share responsibility for their personal learning successes. At the IBR, continuing and executive education is not something to be consumed, but to be actively shaped by all parties involved. We offer a framework where every participant can develop themselves through dedication and commitment. Clients and lecturers thus advance on their individual paths together and mutually promote each other’ development. The IBR does not simply give you continuing education, you actively work towards it.
