Lingnan University and HSLU Strengthen Their Second Degree Program Partnership

The collaboration between Lingnan University in Hong Kong and the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSLU) has reached a new milestone. This long-standing partnership, which enables students in HSLU’s MSc in Real Estate (MScRE) and MSc in Banking and Finance (MScBF) programs to study abroad, has been extended and continues to deliver outstanding results.

A Seamless International Experience

Through this cooperation, students from HSLU can spend a semester at Lingnan University and graduate with a second degree, including a Master’s in International Banking and Finance (MScIBF) from Lingnan. The international semester is seamlessly integrated into the MScRE and MScBF curricula, offering students the unique opportunity to enhance their academic and cultural experiences while gaining a competitive edge in the global job market.

Renewing and Expanding the Partnership

During a recent meeting at Lingnan University, key figures from both institutions, including Prof. Dr. Kent Lai, Prof. Dr. Michael Truebestein FRICS and Prof. Dr. Raymond Chan, reaffirmed their commitment to the program. Discussions also explored potential expansions to include additional degree programs and partnerships. Prof. Dr. Cong Liang presented several promising options, which are set to be further evaluated in the coming months.

The current group of the second degree program includes the following students: Joshua Stadelmann, Pablo L. Reiser, Jonathan Gonzalez, Pascal Kleiner, Karim Laouani and Rilind Muaremi.
