Am 25. September wurden in Horw den Absolventinnen und Absolventen der folgenden Weiterbildungen im Baumanagement die Diplome überreicht: CAS Projektmanagement Bau, CAS Kommunikation und Führung im Bauwesen, DAS Projektmanagement Bau, CAS Baukostenplanung, CAS Strategisches Projektmanagement im Bauwesen I und II und MAS Baumanagement. Höhepunkt der Feier war die Auszeichnung des 1000. Teilnehmer im CAS Projektmanagement Bau. Offensichtlich ist dieses CAS eine Weiterbildung, die am Puls der Zeit ist. Die Baubranche ist im Umbruch und gutes Projektmanagement ist wichtiger denn je. Bei diesem Lehrgang sind – wie bei den anderen Baumanagement-Kursen – Dozierende im Einsatz, die nicht nur theoretische Grundlagen vermitteln, sondern auch konkrete Fälle aus der Praxis behandeln.
Nebst der Gratulation zum Diplom gab es eine Festrede von zwei renommierten Dozierenden im Baumanagement (und frühere Absolventen des Projektmanagement-Lehrgangs): Daniel Rhyner, Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung bei b+p Baurealisations AG, zeigte auf, wie sich Projektmanagement auf die persönliche Karriere auswirkt. Daniel Scheifele, Chief Real Estate Officer der Flughafen Zürich AG, berichtete über die Bedeutung einer professionellen Projektmanagement-Ausbildung für die Bauwirtschaft.
Der glückliche 1000. Absolvent heisst Markus Oswald und ist Projektleiter im Architekturbüro ffbk Architekten in Zürich. Symbolisch bekam er ein Jubiläumsgeschenk in der Form eines mechanischen Krabbeltiers. In Analogie zu einem Bauprojekt geht dieses – einmal aufgezogen – immer dem Ziel entgegen.
