Zum nunmehr dritten Mal hat der Schweizerische Nationalfonds SNF Bilder und Videos ausgezeichnet, die das wissenschaftliche Schaffen in der Schweiz dokumentieren. Der SNF würdige heuer erstmals eine Eingabe der Hochschule Luzern: Das 20 Sekunden lange Zeitraffer-Video «Blackboard Conversation» von Wiktoria Furrer, wissenschaftliche Assistentin am Departement Design & Kunst, zeigt die Teilnehmenden eines Doktoranden-Workshops zum Thema «Wie kann man Kunst unterrichten?».
Eine Gruppenaufgabe bestand darin, ein Gruppenbild zu kreieren – ohne Worte. «Wir kommunizierten nur mittels unserer Körper und mittels der Bilder, die wir auf die Wandtafel malten», sagt Wiktoria Furrer. «Die Wandtafel bildete so letztlich das kollektive Bewusstsein unserer Gruppe ab.»
«Blackboard Conversation» erhält eine Auszeichnung in der Kategorie «Video loop». Die internationale Jury mit Fachleuten aus den Bereichen Kunst, Museen und Wissenschaft zeichnete insgesamt 15 von 457 Eingaben aus. Die prämierten sowie die eingereichten Werke werden an den Bieler Fototagen vom 10. Mai bis 2. Juni 2019 ausgestellt. Die Preisverleihung findet am 15. Mai ebenda statt.
