Introductory Weeks  

The Introductory Weeks of the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts are based on different offers.

On the one hand, there are the Get started in Lucerne workshops. These were designed to make it easier for international students to arrive in Lucerne. To ensure that the important information flows at the right time, these workshops take place in two parts - one about 2 months before the start of studies and one directly before the start of studies. On the other hand, there is also a language course offered by the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts before the start of your studies. Do you want to learn German, or would you rather discuss cultural differences in English?

  • Use your HSLU login data for the registration. 
  • You will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail. Your registration is binding. 
  • Please note that insurance is responsibility of each participant, especially for the social activities.

For the social activities we can count on the cooperation with the young ESN section Lucerne. ESN Lucerne is a section of the three universities of Lucerne organized by volunteer local students for the international students. ESN Lucerne will also organize events in the introductory week:
