Terms of the contract
As soon as your application documents have been transmitted, you will get a confirmation of receipt. The head of programme decides on your admission to the programme. They reserve the right to invite you in for an interview before confirming your admission. Please refer to the programme website for the application deadline; later applications may be accepted in exceptional cases.
If the number of applications exceeds the number of places available, the head of programme may defer individual applications. Applications are considered by order of submission. In certain continuing and executive education programmes, applications are also considered with a view to creating a well-balanced group of participants. The ultimate decision rests with the head of programme.
If an insufficient number of participants enrol for a course, the head of programme has the right to postpone or cancel the continuing or executive education programme. Participants who are already enrolled will be informed as quickly as possible in that case.
