Projects Research into innovative forms of data use

Data Worlds promotes innovative projects that serve as specific examples for ways of adding value obtained from data. It also sets out to examine the potential of innovative data uses in a broadly diversified range of user contexts with a view to developing a clear framework for sustainable and responsible practices in this field.

Promote potential

Data Worlds promotes interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary projects on topics relating to data. Such projects can pursue two strategies: They either exploit the potential of innovative data use by means of an application example or focus on specific economic, legal, social, cultural or ethical issues relating to data use and commercialisation.
