Sponsoring Body
The Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts Agreement has been the legal foundation of the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts – of which the Lucerne School of Social Work is a constituent part – since 1 January 2013.
The six Central Swiss Cantons of Lucerne, Nidwalden, Obwalden, Schwyz, Uri and Zug jointly form the Sponsoring Body for all six Schools of the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
Until the end of 2012, the Stiftung Hochschule für Soziale Arbeit HSA Luzern, a foundation under private law, was the sponsoring organisation of the institution known as the Lucerne School of Social Work today. The Lucerne School of Social Work wishes to thank the members of the foundation council Felix Oesch (President), Claudia Dillier, Meinrad Dörig, Clemens Egli, Markus Jans, Ruedi Meier and Romy Odoni for their long-term commitment and great support.
