The iHomeLab was represented at this year's Innovation Forum with a booth where it presented, together with industrial partners, products from the energy sector that were developed as part of research projects - for example, the software for energy supply companies, which we developed together with the our Partner ASGAL, or the software from the project "EnerfacePredict".
The two representatives from the industry were thus able to present their developments to an interested audience and their software solutions met with lively interest among the forum participants.
Furthermore, we presented our project idea "SINA" with a scientific poster. SINA is in the concept phase and aims to explore a platform for secure and easy data exchange between smart homes and smart grids using blockchain technology. The idea was lively discussed among forum participants.
"It was enormously enriching to finally meet people again after such a long period of isolation and to discuss with interested people under real conditions," says Andreas Rumsch, head of smart energy management research at iHomeLab.
