The event is dedicated to circular economy in the building construction industry with a focus building envelopes and facades. Renowned engineers, architects and representatives from research will present recent projects, latest trends, developments, and technologies. It will be demonstrated and discussed how the circular economy can be implemented in the realisation of new buildings, but also in the renovation of facades, and what role digital tools such as artificial intelligence can play in this.
The conference is organised by the Competence Centre for Building Envelope and Civil Engineering at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts and the Swiss Window and Façade Centre (SZFF) and is being held in cooperation with the European Façade Network (EFN).
