Violetta Vitacca, founder of Fondazia Impact Consulting, alongside alumni Julia Ahlberg and Stefanie Bumbacher, will share their experiences in navigating the complexities of fundraising for social initiatives.

Violetta Vitacca
Violetta is the founder of Fondazia Impact Consulting, supporting cultural and social projects in their fundraising efforts. With experience as a museum manager and consultant, she shares valuable insights and practical tips on funding acquisition. She holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Bern.
Julia Ahlberg
As a Design Management alumna, Julia started her career with the non-profit organisation collaboratio helvetica, fostering collaboration for systems change. Currently, she is a board member of SEET, an association supporting refugees in (re)starting their studies in Switzerland, and an assistant lecturer at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
Stefanie Bumbacher
As a Design Management alumna, Stefanie works in the social field, focusing on driving social change and exploring new and improved ways of living together. Currently, she applies her DMI learnings in the youth sector through her work with Caritas Switzerland.
