This has happened to half of all students due to menstrual cramps alone. But many people also have recurring pain that can have an impact on their studies, professional life and access to education. However, access to healthcare or the treatment of pain can vary greatly, as structural discrimination also has an impact on the healthcare system and therefore on our health. But how can we deal with this? What could the fairest possible structures look like at the HSLU to make everyday life easier for people with pain? What options for action do we have to achieve more justice with regard to our health? In this 3-hour workshop, we will get to the bottom of questions like these. Using professional input, we will use exercises from the concept of social justice and diversity to explore the topic of diversity and pain.The event is planned in German, but can be held in English at any time.
