GUANACO – Remembrances of Home – is inspired by the symbolic elements that are in my memories and which represent for me my country and my desire to present it to others the way I remember it. The main purpose of this work is to translate these memories into weaves and prints, experimenting with raw materials found in El Salvador, in order to communicate them to others in a subtle, non-verbal form.
