Bachelor Illustration Fiction & Non fiction

Switzerland’s only degree in Illustration where applicants have the possibility to apply for one of two specialisations: FICTION or NON FICTION. For FICTION, the focus is on authorship and visual language, while NON FICTION deals with the creation and sharing of knowledge.

Illustration Fiction

Illustrationen vermitteln dichte Inhalte auf gebündelte, rasch erfassbare Weise. Im Studiengang Illustration wird untersucht, wie man Bilder liest, in Bildern denkt und erzählt; analysiert wird das Zeichnen als Sprache und die visuelle Kommunikation.

Im Bachelor Nonfiction verfeinern die Studierenden ihr handwerklich-technisches Können, setzen sich mit Darstellungskonventionen auseinander und erforschen tradierte und neue Möglichkeiten didaktischer Visualisierung und wissenschaftlicher Illustration.
