The Institute for Tourism and Mobility ITM has sound and comprehensive expertise in sustainability in tourism. ITM offers further support in the form of consulting, training and courses. As a preliminary stage to TourCert certification, it is also possible to book individual "empowerment modules".
TourCert certification is aimed at individual tourism businesses (hotels, tour operators, mountain railroads, etc.) as well as entire destinations. The certification process is not only designed to be practical, interactive and targeted, but also builds on the individual assessment of the company/destination. Certification enables a self-determined, sustainability-oriented development path and does not merely involve meeting standards and criteria.
