Students run not through each of the below five phases of the programme but start from phase 2. After receiving the challenge, students will be closely mentored, and methodologies and tools will be provided to them. A HSLU Team of experts will guide them through the process of testing solutions and validating these solutions for business value.
Examples of future challenges:
- The mental illnesses of our employees with a high proportion of remote work are steadily increasing. How can we develop a prevention programme to counter this trend?
- We would like to develop a blended onboarding programme and, in particular, we would like to communicate our values in a smart way using new digital media. How could we proceed?
