The Institute of Communication and Marketing IKM is the competence centre for integrated marketing and communication management. Within the HSLU, the Institute is a hub for the study and continual advancement of marketing and communication management, sustainable consumer behaviour as well as AI in communication and marketing. Within its four areas of mandated activity which are education, continuing and executive education, research and services, the IKM focuses on four areas of expertise: Communication Management, Marketing Management, Communication and Marketing Technologies (Data Science) and Business Communication.
