Overview
Fake reviews pose a major challenge for hotel booking platform operators, among others. With Large Language Models (LLM), the submission process for fake reviews can be automated and thus scaled as required. Our industry partner operates one of the largest hotel booking platforms in German-speaking countries and has developed a model for detecting fake reviews. In this project, a black box audit of this model is to be carried out by attempting to deliberately manipulate the rating of a specific hotel using LLMs without being detected by the software.
