For the Federal Office for the Environment (BAFU), Interface & HSLU are evaluating the current strategy of greenhouse gas compensation for Swiss fuel consumption, which, according to current plans, will take place mainly abroad in the future. They are also drawing up proposals for the future development of regulation, taking into account issues of additionality and expected global equilibrium effects.
