Overview
The need for image processing tools using AI in practical applications is increasing rapidly. The significance of AI image processing is that it can extract invaluable information from images, revolutionizing decision-making and automating complex tasks. Due to upcoming regulations for AI as proposed, e.g., in the EU AI Act, it is necessary to check the quality of the AI model before being deployed in a real-world scenario. The project aims to deliver safe AI products in the field of image processing in industrial production.
Overview:
Quality checks must be made both in form of a rigorous quality control process and by explainable AI techniques. In this project, both fields will be studied.
