Overview
The project aims to explore how the complexity of the technological innovation can be made tangible to potential users. To address this challenge, the holistic actor integrative approach (Latour) combined with the design-driven innovation strategy will be applied. Key issues to be addressed are customer perceptions, needs and benefits related to the success and failure of sustainable product offerings in the field of complex technology.
