Overview
Critical Infrastructures such as the power grid can become a target of cyber security attacks. To improve cyber resilience, research on potential weaknesses is crucial to implement defense capabilities.
In this project, we investigate new domain-specific attack types and evaluate how existing intrusion detection systems behave during these attacks. Practical research in a laboratory environment is conducted during a hackathon at the Cyber-Defence Campus. In addition, we focus on recovery strategies that re-build the system as fast as possible in case a system has been compromised.
