Overview
The mandate includes two research components: desk study and field visit. The desk study contains usual methods such as the review of project documents/reports as well as projects financed by other donors. A field visit will complement and support the desk study.
The findings of the desk study and the field visit shall be first compiled into a structured feasibility report, which identifies key market constraints and opportunities and then later a project proposal, which includes a clear formulation of the main outcomes and the illustration of a result framework. The timeframe of the implementation of such a winter tourism project which would follow on from the project proposal.
