Overview
ChatBots are currently a trend for providing more user-friendly and intuitive interfaces for accessing information. This is particularly relevant for accessing material regarding rules and regulations, that are already developed and structured. Such a case happens for potential and current students that need to check for constraints and possibilities embedded into a study degree statute. To this objective, a sustainable and standard approach for chatbot-like support of Q&A will be developed and deployed in the context of students' support from the secretariat of Lucerne School of Social Work (HSLU-SA).
