Biography
Braulio studied wind energy at the Technical University of Denmark. After his PhD on dynamics modelling of wind turbines, he held scientific research positions involving modelling and data analysis of wind farms. In 2019 he joined the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. His focus is on applications of data science to energy systems. This involves analysis and modelling of power consumption from components such as heat pumps, industrial equipment, electro-mobility, and renewable energy. As well as research on data services and their applications for environmental and infrastructure montoring with the goal of reducing energy consumption and phasing out fossil fuels from the energy mix.
