We purchase new items in alignment with the mandate of the Lucerne School of Computer Science and Information Technology, which is to make media available to its members’ study and research activities. Find a detailed description of our stock profile here.
Media available on site
You can find all the media available on site on swisscovery RZS - HSLU View as well. In our library, you can find books, films and games, magazines and various daily and trade newspapers (Neue Luzerner Zeitung, Neue Zuger Zeitung, Neue Zürcher Zeitung, Tagesanzeiger and WOZ). You can only read the magazines and newspapers in the library.
Course reserve collections
There is a designated shelf by the sofa corner that contains semester reading materials selected by the lecturers of the HSLU’s Zug-Rotkreuz Campus. In the swisscovery RZS research portal, literature in the course reserve collections is labelled “seminar”.
It can be accessed there from 31 July and 31 January respectively.
Literature physically shelved in the course reserve collections is not available for lending.
Smart-Up
There is a designated shelf by the sofa corner that contains literature selected by the Smart-up ambassadors of the HSLU’s Zug-Rotkreuz - Campus. The Smart-Up books are available for lending like standard library stock!
