Biography
Clemente Minonne has 34 years of practical experience in management and consultancy roles. He is a professor of organisational psychology and design at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (Business). He researches and teaches on the subject of "Bavioural Change" and deals with the question of how to bring about change in socio-technical systems. He combines organisational science, technology and psychology and sees his role as a researcher developing methods in the context of socio-technical systems.
Clemente Minonne also deals with the didactic aspects of the application of artificial intelligence, virtual reality, augmented reality, extended reality and metaverse in the context of knowledge transfer and knowledge deepening.
Clemente Minonne is the founder and president of DigitalFuture AG (www.DigitalFuture.blog) and a member of the SGAOP Swiss Society for Work and Organisational Psychology. As an organisational advisor and coach, he has spent more than two decades advising organisations on the consequences of "transformation processes" on socio-technical systems and has thus built up a wealth of experience.
Clemente Minonne is the author of various specialist articles and books dedicated to different aspects of "Organisational Science and Behavioural Change".
Clemente Minonne studied electrical engineering (Dipl. El. Ing.) from 1990 to 1995 at the Zurich School of Engineering, which is now the School of Engineering of the ZHAW. After working in international companies (Ascom, Zurich Insurance, etc.), he studied business administration from 2000 to 2002 at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, specialising in "General Strategic Management" (Master in Business Administration). After further professional positions in management and management consultancy (Storage Technology, Hewlett Packard, etc.) and intensive research, he completed his doctorate in business economics (Dr oec.) at the University of South Australia in Adelaide in 2008. As part of his further education (2020-2022) in philosophy and management with a specialisation in leadership and self-management at the University of Lucerne, he studied the topic of "Trust as a success factor for the creation of successful interdisciplinary innovations" in depth. Clemente Minonne has also completed a Master of Arts (MA) in Work and Organisational Psychology at the Bergische University of Wuppertal (2023-2024) and dealt with the topics of trust, appreciation, feedback processes and the role of psychological empowerment in the use of generative artificial intelligence from an organisational perspective.

He is also a ‘Certified Business Psychology Coach BUW’ and is currently focusing more intensively on the topics of trust, appreciation, feedback processes and the role of psychological empowerment in the use of generative artificial intelligence from an organisational perspective.
