In this project you will optimize the growth conditions of human cartilage. To do this, you will use various tissue engineering technologies, such as weightlessness, which promotes joint cartilage growth.
The aim of the work is to cultivate cartilage, characterize the cultivated cartilage using modern molecular diagnostic methods and optimize the culture conditions.
