"CABInet" is intended to create the basis for an ICT-supported coordination platform for the central information centre, as well as to question the service landscape and individual services in the age range of the city of Lucerne. In future, this information centre will act as a "single point of contact" for all participating institutions. It forwards a person seeking help to the appropriate institution in the event of a concrete enquiry. This future-oriented approach makes use of the opportunities offered by digitalisation. In addition to technical questions, many content-related, social, organisational and structural questions arise, which are asked and answered together with the relevant actors.
With the specially developed app, relevant and useful information is to be made accessible in a simple form with just a few clicks.
