We are launching the first edition of the series «Diversity & Inclusion Forum» an innovative collaboration between Energy Lab and its WELL initiative, HSLU, and our collective commitment to fostering diversity in the technical fields. Our focus is to empower, connect, and inspire women pursuing careers in technical fields, providing a platform to navigate and excel in these domains. This first edition will aim to bring together voices from diverse backgrounds, institutions, and nationalities to discuss career development in technical landscapes. We are dedicated to building a supportive network, encouraging women to explore technical career paths, and guiding those aiming for higher positions within their organisations.
