Welcome to the Lucerne School of Business's JAGSoM Programme Switzerland welcomes India

Are you a student of Jagdish Sheth School of Management (JAGSoM) in Greater Mumbai Campus, India? Are you enrolled in their Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA)? Would you like to understand tourism management and learn about it in one of the most traditional tourism countries of the world? If you can answer all the above questions with a clear YES, we have the right programme for you.

The Lucerne School of Business (LSoB) yearly accepts ten applications of JAGSoM's BBA graduates for its Master of Science in Business Administration (MSc BA), Major International Tourism Management. The applications are processed as a cohort in such a manner as to administratively ease the application and student visa application processes.

Highlights of the Programme

  • Three years at JAGSoM (BBA), two years in Switzerland (MSc) to specialize in tourism
  • Get the most out of your studying time
  • Studying tourism in a city that many international tourists from all over the world visit
  • Study and work with international students from many other countries
  • Both institutions have the AACSB accreditation.

Note: The programme is strongly subsidized by government bodies in Switzerland and is limited to 10 students per year.

Conditions for Applications

Applicants have to be suitably qualified and need to fulfill the following requirements:

  • Meet the entrance requirements of the MSc BA, Major International Tourism Management
  • Have graduated from the JAGSoM BBA programme on matriculation at the LSoB but not necessarily at the time of application
  • Pay the Swiss government subsidized tuition fee required for students on the MSc BA, Major Tourism

LSoB's Assistance to JAGSoM Students

The LSoB offers special assistance to the applicants of JAGSoM in the following form:

  • As far as possible the LSoB informs JAGSoM of the admission requirements to the MSc BA, Major International Tourism Management ahead of time
  • JAGSoM students will be automatically referred to the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts's Housing Service
  • JAGSoM studens will be invited to induction courses and events, and will receive induction assistance from local students.
