In Management Control, applicants will learn to use concepts and develop and use tools, which enable management teams to focus on the most effective and efficient courses of action. Students will further learn about the principles of corporate finance. They will get to know major financial instruments and will learn how to deal with financial risk. Furthermore, students will get a solid background on the Swiss and international banking sector. The success factors of modern banking in today’s digital environment are discussed.
