Teaching Style
Our teaching style focuses on behavior, action and transfer. This means that we strive to make learning concrete, so that it can be directly applied in the respective participant contexts. This also means that sessions are taught by experts with rigorous academic standards and are steeped in international practice. We invest in an academically rigorous, practically applied, interactive format of teaching and learning.
Faculty
Over the course of the program, you will encounter a multitude of academic experts and experienced practitioners from various international backgrounds.
Learning Outcomes

Assignments
During the program, participants work on the following assignments:
- Participants select – in agreement with the co-heads of the program – an international leadership topic of immediate relevance to their work or personal development, and write an individual paper of approx. 15 pages. Participants work on this assignment for the duration of the program and receive repeated feedback.
