Terms and Conditions
Once a booking has been confirmed, the following cancellation notice periods and fees apply: 7 days before the course start date: 50% of the seminar or conference fee must be paid. Less than 7 days before the course start date or cancellation: 100% of the seminar or conference fee must be paid. Cancellations before the course start date must be made in writing to our office ifz@hslu.ch. The Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts reserve the right to cancel seminars or conferences due to lack of participants.
