Overview
Together with Swisscontact Morocco and Team C4EE Albania, the C4EE approach has been implemented in Morocco since 2021. Since then, 3 batches of coaches have been trained, focussing on the regions of Casablanca, Rabat, Beni Mellal, El Jadida and Fez. 2024 will be a transition year without any further new training programme, but will serve to deepen and consolidate the approach with the existing coaches and to design Phase II (2025-2028). In Phase II, formateur assistants and then formateurs will be trained in a first step. These will take over the training of further coaches. The role of the HSLU will be more and more in the background, providing support so that the approach can be adopted and further disseminated/utilised by the state-run anapec from 2028.
