Overview
- The Project will collectively and iteratively develop and deliver four training workshops over three years: 1) a Train the Trainers; 2) Orientation of Corporate Officers; 3) Orientation of local government politicians; 4) onsite training at ( to small to mid-size local government public sector organizations in BC, as well as partner organizations such as Local Government Management Association (LGMA) and BC Ombuds Office in BC to build and sustain complaint system capacity
- In year three, based on the learning from the field work, we will develop a (free) Open Online course on complaint system design for local government (based on the training materials developed) to expand and sustain capacity building for local government public sector organizations locally and globally.
