Overview
In this project, we explore the feasibility of a dynamic Employee Value Proposition (EVP) Monitor that integrates structured and unstructured data from various sources. To do so, we develop and test an innovative, data-driven framework that utilizes Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques. The EVP Monitor provides organizations and their employees with a transparent employer brand.
