Elektrizitätswerke des Kantons Zürich (EKZ) offers professional energy consulting with various customized solutions. Although the high cost-effectiveness of the consultations has been proven by numerous examples, potential customers are, however, very reluctant to order the service.
In the project applied for, a study is to be carried out to work out the reasons for this and what possibilities can be considered to demonstrate the benefits to potential customers and to arouse their interest in becoming active in order to convince them of the offer.
